Even though IRCopy is freeware, it is not in the public domain, I reserve all rights to it. IRCopy

With IRCopy you can copy and receive files via the infrared port (IrDA). Since WM5 you may abuse IRCopy to send/receive files over Bluetooth (BT).

Note:

destination file should not exist
destination is the root folder "\" or "My Documents" (depending on used device and Windows CE version)
you can use \windows\irsquirt.exe or \windows\beam.exe to receive files when IRCopy is not installed

Since version 1.2 it is possible to provide a command line parameter in order to start sending a file when IRCopy starts. This can be used to launch IRCopy using a file explorer (e.g. Voyager using the 'Execute With' command).
